Breakfast so feel your body then eat smaller meals throughout the day I every two and half to three hours and if you follow that we're eating meals that have some healthy fats and some protein and sound healthy veggies in it Nox Factor  and you're just full throughout the entire day which is going to kill also kick your share crazy you won't have that you know and the a second thing I really recommend us to always be prepared so you know your liking it really busy at work or if something comes up and I'm in California sometimes you get stuck in traffic you know there's nothing you can do about it and so you're stuck in.
