The working principles of the medium and fine impact crusher are completely same as the working principles of the coarse impact crusher. The main components of the impact crusher are composed by the rack, external cone, the inner cone and other parts. The transmission of this kind of machine starts from the motor and it is supported on the transmission shaft in the bronze bushing through the eccentric shaft, transmission chain and the flexible coupling. Then it rotates around the center line through the gear. There is bronze bushing in the rack. The inner bar of the eccentric shaft bushing is manufactured in to the eccentric cone hole. The bottom of the inner cone is in spherical shape, which is supported on the concave spherical watts of the rack. The lower cone part of the spindle inserts in the bush. The centerline of the spindle and the centerline of the crusher form the 205 angle. When the eccentric sleeve rotates, the outer surface of the inner lining sometimes closes the outer cone and sometimes leaves the outer cone so that the materials can be uniformly crushed.
