Dust collector (also called dust catcher) plays a significant role in sand dust removal during the sand making process. It is designed on the basis of foreign advanced technology and further optimal design. The dust collector is equipped with high-quality accessories and featured with low running resistance, which ensures dust effects and easy maintenance as well.
The working principle of dust catcher for sand dust removal is as follows: During the operational process of sand washing machine, the electric motor drives the V-belt(belt conveyor), reducer and the gear reducing to make the impeller move sand from the hopper into the washing machine. Through the process of impeller grinding and dust distilling, the water vapour layer will be broken, thus reaching the function of dewatering. Meanwhile, in order to make water flow and at the same time get off the dust or other impurities, some extra water has to be added. Thus, the dust as well as impurities can be discharged by the wahsthrough, finishing the cleaning process. The clean sand get out by the impeller and then into the discharge opening, so the sand washing function is completed.
