That's calories, given your degree of exercise, you must consume to keep your present weight. One way to determine out it would be to keep a calories record if you don't already have a concept of your maintenance nutrient requirements. If your fat remains constant, then you only separate the total calories consumed by the variety of nights and you'll get your daily intake.
