Mining Industry Responds to National Call of Green Production

At present, because of serious environment pollution, all governments advocate “green industry” “environmental protection”. For responding the calls, Chinese mining industry companies start various methods to make innovations, such as tailings recovery, energy recycling, new machines development for less pollution such as mobile crushing station, ultra-fine grinder. With the trend, the competitive in the industry are more and more fierce.
Take the crusher used in cement industry as an example; the working environment of crusher in cement industry is relatively bad, which need hammer with strong wear resistance. As with the traditional mining crusher equipment, because the poor quality of the hammer, it needs to be replaced regularly.

According to the statistics, China produces more than 100 million tons of a variety of solid wastes every year, such as coal gangue, fly ash, construction waste, metallurgical and chemical residue etc. and the accumulated heap of stock has reached several billion tons.
