The preparations before its installation:
1. Foundation acceptance:
Mainly check the pouring quality of the rotary kiln and the dimension’s positional deviation of the foundation concrete; The appearance of the foundation surface needs to be clean, fettlos, no rebar bareness, no crack and corner defect. There is no residual housing board and other pouring defects in the anticipated box out. The foundation dimension and the positional deviation should be as follows: for the dimensions and the foundation coordinate position, the axis based error in length and breadth should be less than 20mm, the elevation error of different planes is less than 20mm, only minus is allowed; the overall length of inclination error is less than 20mm, only minus is allowed in discharge end; the non-flatness of the upper plane is less than 5mm/m, the overall length is less than 10mm.mining feeder: http://www.crusher-machine.com/n120.html
2. Equipment acceptance:
Check the components, parts, standard component, and random file according to the equipment packing list offered by the dryer machine manufacturer to make sure whether there are wrong or missing parts, deformation, and damage conditions or not. If there are, write down and buy or manufacture them before installation. Clean the protective coating coated when packaging, dust, greasy dirt, and corrosion. Check and repair the deformation and damage caused in the process of transportation, loading and unloading. Check and assemble the parts and key fitting pieces in advance to avoid the rework in installation and ensure the erection schedule and quality.
The application work mainly includes the following: basic erection procedure, which means working out the parts cleaning and checking, taking place of transportation and hoisting, the assembling detection, the adjustment and test run, including their sequences and contents; application work method, this means writing the detailed detection and erection method, quality demand, technical standard, variation range, tools and measuring means required for the key sand maker components and parts; safety technical requirements, which means in the process of formulating the fitting work, the must safety measurements to avoid the possible accidents, such as the direct in hoisting operation, the installation and operating rules of the key parts, the special notes, and the precaution steps for the accidents that might happened in erection spot, electric equipment lines and pipelines.
