The jaw crusher is used to crush materials with a compression strength of less than 320 MPa. Working Principle of the Jaw Crusher:
The motor drives a V-belt and belt pulley to move the jaw periodically via the eccentric shaft. The movable jaw moves upwards to the fixed jaw when the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases, crushing materials in the process. The moving jaw is pushed downwards from the fixed jaw by a pulling rod and spring when the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases, discharging the final crushed materials from the outlet. The moving jaw is moved periodically by the eccentric shaft to continuously crush and discharge materials from the crushing chamber.
