There are many types of stone cone crushers so proper choice of crusher should be considered by different working conditions. It is well known that the standard and short-head type will be mentioned with some extinct difference on application. To choose stone cone crusher’s scale board, three factors are considered, which are output, power consumption and the abrasive resistance of scale board. This principle is the standard: the biggest measurement of feeding material, the change of granularity, the distribution of feeding material, the hardness of material, the abrasive resistance of material.

The longer the board is, the more power it wastes. It is better for the soft material to choose the long board, while for the distribution of material, the fine material should better choose the short board with coarse material choose the long board. When it is running, the material should be given properly and well-distributed instead of segregation; otherwise, it will cause low capacity of production. Proper checking and maintain should take to the machine and equipment every a regular time to make sure that a better running state in the after production, which can obtain better output and quality of finished product. Small repair should be taken every half month to one month. It includes:

1. Checking bowl-like watt.

2. Checking taper sleeve and straight sets’ abrasiveness condition and the interval.

3. Checking back lash of the cone gear.

The deiron equipment should be equipped to prevent the cavity of crushing iron. If it is frequently go beyond the iron, the broken shaft accident may be aroused. If it is not of full production, the finished product may be much coarse. Reasonable distribution of crushing in the production line is advised to make the most efficient of crusher. The spring should not be too tightening in case of broken shaft accident or making the granularity coarser. The lubricating oil should keep at a proper temperature, otherwise the machine will stop.

To change the lubrication oil can make sure that the shaft and bearing have a clean lubrication, which can prevent the broken of accelerate gear, bowl-like watt, shaft sleeve, etc. The transmission conveyor should not be equipped too strict in case of the inflexibility or broken of transmission bearing. Also it should not too loose in case of the stuffy of the crusher.
