Rotary kiln sintering process schematic diagram is shown in the figure, which of raw slurry is sprayed into the rotary kiln from the kiln inlet,pulverized coal combine with the primary air send by the coal injection tube from the kiln inlet and air blower to form gas-solid two-phase flow to enter into the kiln head,and combusted together with the secondary air indrawn by the cooler,heat generated and raw slurry reverse run. Through drying, preheating, decomposition, sintering, and cooling zone,raw slurry is finally processed into final product - clinker,and sent to the next process.

The temperature of the burning zone directly determine the characteristics of the clinker, and therefore the precise measurement has become the most critical part of the rotary kilnsintering process. Due to the rotation of the kiln, the thermocouple is difficult to install and apply. Since the kiln smoke interference ratio pyrometer own limitations, the measured temperature of the single point value is often far from the true value, and showed large fluctuations. In order to eliminate the defect of the temperature measurement, where attempts to explore a new firing status recognition method, the state identification to achieve more reliable and accurate firing.

Rotary kiln is used for calcimine of high aluminum vandal och in refractory material industry; For calcimine of calotte and aluminum hydroxide in aluminum manufacturer; For claiming of chrome sand ore and chrome powder ore in chemical plant.
