To Enhance Running Efficiency of Vibrating Screen

2. Rational select the vibrating motor and adjust the excitation force
The reasonable selection of a vibrating motor is one of the key links influencing the screening performance, and the exciting force is the main factors affecting the screening efficiency.
3. Improve the movement of the screen surface
The movement of the screen surface influences the working efficiency of the vibrating screen a lot. The ideal moving mode of the screen surface:
1) The vertical amplitude of the feeding end should be larger than that of the discharging end.
2) Along the horizontal of the screen surface, the moving speed of the materials should present a diminishing status from the feed end.
4. Adopt the screen with metalloid material
Using the thin elastic screen as the screen base is very favorable to improve the working efficiency of vibrating screen. This screen is general processed by the rubber or polyurethane material, which can lower the adhesion between the screen and the materials, and cause a secondary high vibrating to avoid clogging the sieve hole and enhance the material permeability, it also can alleviate the mechanical action of the material to the sieve surface. This kind of screen can withstand greater amplitude vibration than the steel wire mesh.
5. Adopts multiple feeding way
Using multiple feeding is equivalent to increase the width of the sieve surface and reduce the material layer thickness on the screen surface, which is in favor of the quickly passing of the fine-grained material through the sieve and can make full use of the screen surface ans reduce the unnecessary transportation distance of the coarse particles, thus improving the working efficiency.
