Ball mill grinder can also be used in the dry or wet grinding for a variety of ores and other grind-able materials. The grinding mode of grinding ball can be divided into dry-type and wet-type. Ball mill is formed with rotary part, transmission part (speed reducer, small transmission gear and electric motor), feeding part, discharging part and other main parts. The hollow shaft of the ball mill is made by cast steel, and the inside lining of it is removable, while the rotary gear of it is processed by casting gear, and the anti-abrasion liner is inlaid in the cylinder body. Therefore, the grinding mills enjoy a good abrasion resistance. Raw material spirally and evenly be fed into the first mill warehouse through hollow shaft from feeder device, there are ladder liner or corrugated liner in the first warehouse, and the liner is built with steel ball in different specifications.
The rotating cylinder produces centrifugal force which brings the ball to a certain height, so when the steel ball falls down, it brings severe crushing and impact on the material. After coarse grinding in the first warehouse, the material will be fed into the second warehouse through monolayer partition panel, and the flat liner and steel balls in the second warehouse can give material a further grinding, finally, powder will be discharged through grate plate and complete the grinding work.
